Symptoms
Need to know how to enable K2 to use all CPU's. Our users are experiencing performance issues and it seems that even though we have more than 1 CPU assigned on the server, it is only using 1 CPU and it is hitting 100% quite often.
Diagnoses
We limit the number of threads by licensing type. With a Development License you are limit to 1 CPU.
Resolution
Production licenses should not limit the amount of CPU's as the Development License limit the use to 1 CPU.
