Need to install K2 Blackpearl on new reporting server SSRS 2012

When wanting to install K2 Blackpearl along with a new Reporting, will you need to get a new license key or will you be able to use the same one ?
Resolution
It will be best to get a new license key as it is a new server, a new system key will be generated, making the old license not applicable to the new server.
You can apply for this via our portal.k2.com, under support and then license management.
