There's no way to block or report a user in the inbox. I got this from some random guy today. Please add a report feature in the system so we can block idiots who want to spam us with garbage:
+20Hi @waltont we are aware of a wave of spam messages that have impacted several users today. We have removed these users and their messages, and are in the process of determining how they got through our spam filter. We are also working with our platform support team to review how Private Messages are safeguarded and how something like reporting could be implemented for either messages or users themselves.
+4ok thanks. I'm glad you're aware of it, I just didn't know how else to report it except here. So I guess anyone else coming across this will see it and can know its being dealt with. Thanks.
