I have a form that I am using to track progress of various tasks. The user selects from a drop down list whether the specific task is Not Started, In Progress, or Complete. It has been functioning normally for several months and suddenly is not saving any updates to the form. It will show that a user has modified the form, but no changes appear in the list view or on the form itself. Any idea what could be causing this, or how to resolve it?
