Hello everyone, I'm new here.  I'm working on a out-processing checklist (form) in Nintex Forms Designer for Sharepoint, so that when a user (POC) clicks on their button...it generates their log-in/card ID number into the first string (single text field) and also generates the "current date" into the second string (second single text field).  

I have the first string populating with the ID# into the first text field.  I need help so that when the button is clicked it can also populate the "current date" as well into the second "string" text field.
