In a multiple escalation rule scenario, a task will be escalated to User1 if it is not acted upon in 1 day, and to User2 if it is still not acted upon in 2 days. How does K2 determine the elapsed time of the task?
All elapsed time calculations are made based on the time the task was originally assigned to the first user.
