Hi,

I noticed this in our environment that If two  approvals are done back to back and submitter is same for both requests then at the time of sending approval notification one of the workflows errors? is there any way to avoid this from happenning?

Note: it is just the approval notification here no loop is involved. Still the issue occurs.

Is there any solution available to overcome this situation.
