With the soon to be released MOSS 2010, what would be the corresponding impact on K2 product lines?

To be more specific, I would like to know:

1. Can current K2 Blackpearl be working with MOSS 2010? If yes, what are the limitations of doing so? And would the same applies to VS2010 and .NET WF 4.0? My understanding is that Blackpearl is based on .NET 3.0/.NET 3.5

2. Any upcoming products designed to work best with MOSS 2010? V4.5? Any product roadmap or release timeline available?
