Symptoms

I have a SharePoint list which does not have reports showing up for it. If I click on K2 Workflows on one of the Items, there are no reports that show up. However if I look in Workspace those reports do show up.

 

Diagnoses

The issue was related to having a K2 Studio workflow that used Smartforms integration instead of SharePoint integration. K2 for SharePoint does not see this as a Workflow connected to this item, even though the Auto Created SharePoint Form was used.
 

Resolution

You cannot have both Smartforms and SharePoint integration, so the workflow needed to be recreated. However, we tested with a simple Workflow and the Reports did show up again.
