Symptoms
On Client machine customer does not see SmartForms Servers and Exchange Servers nodes in Context Browser menu.
Diagnoses
We have verified that Exchange Integration is not enabled for this environment, and SmartForms Client component is not installed on the client machine.
Resolution
Enabling Exchange Integration by running the K2 blackpearl Setup Manager with Configure Option is required in order to see Exchange Server node. For SmartForms Server node, the issue was resolved after SmartForms Client component is installed on the client machine by running smartforms Setup Manager from the installer with Modify option.
