Symptoms

Smartview rule missing the selected expressions in the Set a control's properties Action after deployment to another environment.
 

Diagnoses

Confirmed that the view was not created using the "Save as" option as there is a known issue.
Verified that the view on the development environment had the expressions correctly assigned before the package was created and deployed to the integration environment.

When deploying the provided package in a Test Environment, and looking at the specific rule configuration, the Expression was still set to the correct expression name.

 

Resolution
 

The issue could not be reproduced in a K2 Test Environment. The following workaround was suggested that worked successfully:

When assigning an expression in Set a control's properties, do not use the "..." button to select the expression when setting the properties of a control. Instead, from the Context Browser, drag and drop the "Expression_Name" expression into the field. Recreate the package and deploy it to verify if the Expression is still correctly assigned.
