The files below are missing after installing K2 Blackpearl and Smartforms. Blackpearl server and Smartforms are on different servers.

Diagnoses

The 'Autocomplete' control, 'Timer' control, and Worklist control was introduced as a part of the K2 Smartforms Control Pack 4.6.9.

As such it is likely that the K2 Smartforms Control Pack had not been installed on the Smartforms Server(s).
 

Resolution

The 'K2 Smartforms Control Pack' is a server component that will need to be installed on both the 'K2 Blackpearl(s)/K2 Smartform(s)' server as well as the 'K2 Smartforms Designer/Runtime' web server(s).

K2 Server machine(s):
- K2 Blackpearl
- K2 Smartforms Server
- K2 Smartforms Control Pack

K2 Smartforms Web Server(s):
- K2 Smartforms Designer
- K2 Smartforms Runtime
- K2 Smartforms Control Pack

It does not need to be installed on the 'Developer/Client Tool' machine(s) that would contain the 'K2 Studio/K2 for Visual Studio' components.
