Symptoms
Dear,
One of our users was renamed in active directory, his login name was changed as well as display name. Now he is able to login and use the system, but there's inconsistent behavior when he opens the K2 worklist webpart on SharePoint, sometimes the web part shows everything assigned to him correctly and sometimes it does not show anything although there are items assigned to him as seen in K2 workspace.
Diagnoses
instructed the customer to restart the k2 machine server to refresh DNS
Resolution
Customer closed the issue after resolving it doing a restart of the K2 server machine
