Please follow the steps for all missing properties on a list:

1. Go to the List Settings on SharePoint

2. Select the missing column (eg. SPCol)

3. Edit the name of the column from 'SPCol' to 'SPCol1'

4. Go to the list ribbon and click on the K2 app

5. This will give you a warning with the following options:
a. Regenerate SmartObjects
b. Regenerate SmartObjects and regenerate Views and Forms

6. Click on option 5.a) Regenerate SmartObjects

7. If you open the tester, you will see that the 'SPCol1' column appears under properties
