We are moving from one SP2013 to another SP2013 farm, but our K2 servers will remain the same.  During cutover we will change DNS such that site URLs point to the *new* SP2013 farm.  At this point we will register the K2 app on each site collection and generate Smart Objects on those lists. 

The question is if the existing K2 forms and workflows will recognize the new SP2013 farm site collection (Service Broker?) and Smart Objects seamlessly or not?  If not, is there a way to wire them back up?
