Symptoms

We tried to migrate to SQL 2014 DB and we are using the same version of K2 black pearl, we faced a lot of issues and even when we tried to roll back we couldn't and our production server is down now, can we arrange for a remote session ASAP
 

Diagnoses

 After a change to the databases, K2 needs to be reconfigured to refelect those changes.
 

Resolution

econfigured again k2 BP and SF and CP from the installation media on both K2 servers this resolved the issue
