We are currently using K2 4.6.8 with SP 2010. We have several SharePoint Workflow Integration process and used several SharePoint 2010 events. Now we are planning to migrate to SP 2013 and upgraded to K2 4.7 in dev site. Is there any documentation available for rebuilding/recreating SP 2010 workflows in to SP 2013 workflows. We don't want to run SP 2013 in SP 2010 compatible mode, so wanted to migrate all existing workflows.

 

I am using new K2 studio, when I used SharePoint 2013 process wizard then SharePoint site URL and List names are shown as dropdowns inplace of text boxes (previous). Where to update these values so that data appears in dropdowns as these values not being updated dynamically?

I believe with Sharepoint 2013 Integration, it will use the Sharepoint 2013 Apps Model.


 


1.  Was the Sharepoint Farm configured to support apps?

2.  Was the K2 app deployment performed on one of the Sharepoint server to deploy the K2 App to your Sharepoint environment?

3.  You will also need to run the 'Registration Wizard' (referencing above documentation) from the K2 App against the relevant site/site collection, before you will be able to select the URL from the Sharepoint Wizard in the attached screenshot.
