I have to do the migration of the workFlows from SharePoint 2013 to office365.

When I try to do the export-import. it doesn't work. the extension of the exported workflow doesn't work on office 365.

Is there any PowerShell script to assure the migration.

Anyone could share his experience with nintex migration.

What you are seeing is expected behavior.
Nintex Workflow for O365 uses a different workflow engine than on-premise versions. This means workflows cannot be exported and imported. Your options are to re-create the workflow in O365 or use a tool like ShareGate to help with the migration. I say help with the migration as the tool cannot always do a 1:1 migration of a workflow and some additional configuration of the workflow will be required.
