Microsoft.SharePoint assembly

Hello,

after migration sharpointe 2010 that will change the Microsoft.SharePoint assembly?

because I have a web service that created a folder in a sharepoint view, and after the migration , is more the case I find not my files.

here is the assembly used:

<addassembly="Microsoft.SharePoint, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71E9BCE111E9429C"/>

And also a document that covers database attach methods,K2 requirements for sharepoint 2010 ect.
