I need some of your ideas, Currently I got a process to save a lot of pdf documents in my local pc to find information in the future, would be possible save for example 5 or 10 documents to my sharepoint library from the explorer view and merge them to create a master and then start the nintex workflow for approval?

Merging PDFs is not a functionality of Nintex Workflow. There are third party tools that seem to be able to achieve what you are going for:
