Using an ipad to navigate to SharePoint (on-prem) through safari I open my responsive form and add some information. I am able to add information into managed metadata control and the options available are from the correct term set. I select a country "United Kingdom" and save on the tablet.
The item is saved but with no data in the managed metadata column.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Was this resolved from years ago? I am experiencing a similar issue, but through any web browser, not just a tablet. And it seems to be intermittent, not constant, making it really difficult to troubleshoot. SharePoint Online, Responsive Designer, managed metadata fields are appearing to be selected but then not saving upon "Save" so, as required fields, the documents are checked out and no workflow runs.
