How do I manage the scope of a SmartObject on a particular list, library, etc.?

Answer

In order to manage the scope of a SmartObject, you need to navigate to your Site Collection and then click on Appit. Under the Artifacts title you will see Reports and SmartObjects. Selecting SmartObjects will take you to the Manage SmartObjects page. 

Once you are at the Manage SmartObjects page, you will see all the SmartObjects categorized by Library, List, and Additional. Each SmartObject will have a name and scope. To change the scope, either click Edit or simply double click on the item you wish to manage.

Make sure you save any change by clicking OK!
