Manage Metadata Error - after updating we are using Nintex Forms and Workflow 2013. After updating to the latest version the form will not display in IE Error message

After updating our forms from an earlier version of Nintex Forms and Workflow 2013 to the latest version.  My forms with Manage Metadata Fields will not display in Internet Explorer.   Error Message displays only when I try disconnecting and reconnecting the forms -

    Solution -  We removed all Javascript validation and replace with Rules and the form worked.
