Symptoms
My requirement is to make previously loaded items on an Editable List control read-only so that users editing the control are not able to delete previous values but only able to add new rows.
Diagnoses
A feature request has been logged for this
Resolution
As a workaround you added a tool bar button and kept a rule where Operational buyer can delete the entire row if you don’t have requestor comments.
