Symptoms

Look up of user in other domain fails

Diagnoses

I have multiple domains defined in K2 Workspace. When I use workspace to find someone in the second domain it is successful. However, when my workflow tries to find someone in that domain, an error is generated:

"Error","SmartObjects","10702","Error","SourceCode.SmartObjects.ServiceBroker eExecuteSmartObject]","10702 An error occurred in the ADService2 Service Instance. Could not resolve user: Domain2TestUser","anonymous","0.0.0.0","K2SERVER:C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin"

"Error","General","28083","ExtenderExecuteError","ProcessInstance.HandleException","28083 ServerEvent: Message: Could not resolve user: Domain2TestUser ServiceName: ADService2 ServiceGuid: 83ac8763-ab63-4f86-8bc8-9bde8729b735 InnerExceptionMessage: InnerException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Resolution

This is a separate configuration from K2 Workspace and will need to be configured for this ADService2 Service Instance. Both the 'LDAP' field and 'NETBIOSNAME' field will need to be in a semi-colon delimited list format: http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/userguide/current/webframe.html#AD03.html
