Symptoms

Today was our first day people using the form. The workflow will not start for folks. It tells them they do not have start rights. I added the group App Development Users to the rights area of the workflow. I checked the Configure K2 Permissions and that group is part of Solution Participants. I synchronized the groups. Nada. Originally the group was set to Contribute permissions but I read an article on K2 website saying it required Edit (below). I changed it to Edit and did everything over but it won’t work.
 

Diagnoses

Adding process rights for a workflow for the “Everyone EXCEPT external users” group is currently not supported in Appit.
 

Resolution

Please contact K2 Support by logging a ticket request for a temporary fix.
The ability to add process rights for the "everyone" group via the Appit webUI is currently in the pipeline and will be available in an upcoming update Appit 1.4.
