ListItemEvent question | Community

Im using a ListItemEvent to write infopath form data to a custom list. While this is easy enough, what I would really like to do is only write form data that has been selected via a radio button to a Sharepoint list. Is there a way to do this without code?

I do not think this is going to work without some code, at least not in a way i can think of. Anyone else have some thoughts on creative ways to do this?
