Hi,
I have a list with multiple content types (3 content types). Is it possible to configure 1 nintex form to handle data entry for all 3 types? I'd like for the user to enter a new item on the list and only have to fill out 1 form to cover all the information for all 3 content types. Thanks in advance.

Currently you can have only 1 form for each content type.
Take a look at Working with multiple content types using Nintex Forms for Office 365
Anyway you could have on your main form more fields and then use those fields so as to update the another content types with a workflow.
