Hello,
I have a created several Sharepoint site collections in Arabic and tried to activate K2 features on them but each time I attempt that I get the error:
List 'Web Part Gallery' does not
exist at site with URL 'http://sv-k2bp-dev/sites/ArabicSitecollection2'.
Any idea how to solve that? please assist.

This is a known issue which is fixed in the latest release KB1350. If you are unable to upgrade you can work around this.
Current workaround:
renaming the relevant library and rerunning the feature activation the problem does not occur.
E.g. In a French site collection 'Galerie de composants WebPart' has to be renamed to 'Web Part Gallery'.
After the features are activated the name can be reverted back.
