I need to get a list of all the existing forms and workflows in K2 server. If a form is linked to a workflow, then how can I get the details of such connections too. If possible, I should also like to include the creator of the form and last instance created date.

Resolution

There is no out of the box way in K2 to export the dependency of forms and workflows. However, the information is there and accessible via K2 Designer and Package and Deploy.

Resolution: The information you?re looking for can be found in K2 Designer. This will surface the properties of views, forms, workflows, and SmartObject when they are selected. It will also show you where they are use when you expend the item.

You can create a new package with the K2 Package and Deploy tool. This will analyze the items and show you dependencies not in the same categories.

Workspace will export a list of the current processes in your environment.
