Hi friends,

 

In my present scenario after all approvals in workflow, that list item has to show as a pdf document (List item converted as a pdf document). Is it possible, incase possible means please suggest how to do this.

A company called "Muhimbi" makes some workflow actions that convert stuff into PDF.  You should be able to google them.

Hi,

You can Create the MS-Word Template and then Lookup the List items in that Template and then convert it to PDF.

I am using Muhimbi PDF Converter for SharePoint Online / Office 365 - Home to automate the entire process.
