We have users where the links that used to work are no longer working
Resolution
We determined that the Smartforms was using an expression and environment library variables to built this URL when examining this expression, we noticed an "Unresolved item" icon. This may have been due to a partial analysis deployment of a package previously. Updating the expression resolved the issue. With the 4.6.9 release, we recommend using the full analysis option and addressing any issues in the source environment if necessary.
