Link to preselected reports

I am wondering if it is possible to link to preselected reports within a workspace and show both the Report List and Report Data frames. I have been able to link directly to a report using the URL found in the properties, but then I lose the controls on the left hand side of the site.

I would like to link to each individual report from an external application. I am hoping this link could go to the entire site, with the individual report showing and the left frame selected on All for that applicable report.
