Today I was asked if there's an easy way of accessing forms that are awaiting approval. Say a number of forms have been sent to a Director for approval (originating from within various SharePoint sites) and the approval emails 'got lost' or deleted - what's the best thing to do? I know I could regenerate a new workflow email using the delegate function, but is there a better way? If I send a link to the 'AllItems" view of the list, the Director would need to sort through the list to find the relevant forms.
Any advice would be appreciated.
