When a sales is loaded  by the one process (department) and then  the CAQ scores and passes the sale (another department)  the sale date is only reflected on the day the admin loaded the sales and not on the date the CQA passed the sale. Woudl I just need to use the timestamp that is linked to the sales and use the timestamp off the cqa.
