Hello! I took an already created job request form from SharePoint and started modifying it in Nintex forms. Questions that were created before starting to work in Nintex Forms had lines between them. However, when I created new questions they don't have lines between them. I tried using format painter to copy the format from a field with the lines to a field without the lines but that didn't work.

I had the same issue and found when I used a Panel from the General Forms control and sized it to go around the content it showed the lines. You have the content "Is this a medical Request?" Grab the Panel icon and size it to go around the content and see if it gives you what you are looking for.
+6I'm not sure I understand. There's a text box that has my label - Is this a Medicare Request. If you are saying to put a panel in that text box around the content or what I am assuming is the question unfortunately that didn't work.
