K2 Workspace>License Management>Licensed User



Are we supposed to remove the user from this section when the user leaves the company?


Does this operation affect the existing work item in any way or just free up additional license in license management?

This is a quick way to remove a user completely from Blackpearl.


But I suggest that after you deleted the user from workspace to confirm that the user is removed from AD users and any Roles aswell. This opperation does not affect existing work items it just free's up additional license in the license management.

What happens to the work item that is assigned to someone who has been removed?  Does it become available for someone else to work?
