User licensing for 290 users, will 300 users accessing the system cause an issue?
Diagnoses
300 users will not cause an issue in the system but we recommend to request more user licenses from your CAM in order to comply with your licensing agreement.
Resolution
We don’t do anything beyond reporting the license counts in workspace today. There is no physical restriction or limitation imposed inside the product at this time. Everything is enforced contractually. That said, we are busy implementing an enforcement mechanism into the product that will be detailed in the documentation when it’s released.
In short, we will not stop you if you go over the limit, but you will be breaking your agreement with us based on the current licensing agreement you have. I strongly suggest that you reach out to your CAM at your earliest convenience to talk about your entitlements and about acquiring additional user licenses.
