Symptoms
Legacy references errors are appearing during package and deploy. Pointing previous runtime environment. Separate message for the form saying Form is referencing the FieldID property on the unknownenvioronment field that could not be found. Also Form is referencing the Uknownenvironmentfield that could not be found.
Diagnoses
Error pointing to SmartForms Runtime1(2), which package is not being used. Disabled rules in designer were also pointing to deleted environment field.
Resolution
Removed legacy references to multiple K2 versions, and associated rules within designer.
