+3Today I updated Nintex Workflow 2013 to version 3.2.3.2. After that is no longer possible to use the "Lazy Approval" functionality. I can see the response in the Drop folder and the mail will be processed by SharePoint (no longer visible in the folder after a minute) but the task will never be approved or rejected until I connect to the "Workflow Task" site an do it. It worked like a charme it the past with custom lists. I have no idea what the problem is!

Can you please check that there is no pending database upgrade in the Nintex database settings screen?
Awkward behaviour is often caused by pending database upgrades.
If that doesn't help can you verify that lazy approval settings look fine in central administration?

I'm having the same issue in our Dev environment using Database Version: 3.1.2.0 with no pending updates.
The settings in Central Administration are correct, and I disabled/re-enabled Lazy Approval to recreate the Event Handler, knowing that this vm moved physical hosts and also received a new IP.
So far, no luck, what else can I look into?
