After applying the Appit smartstarter for document review to a existing documet library, the workflow doesn't start.

When I trigger it manualy, I get the errormessage: Key could not be found in the collection.Logged.: True

 

Does someone has some experience with this?

The related error message could be caused by the below:


When you have an outcome line with a rule and in that rule you use SmartObject look up:


For example: Follow outcome if 1 = GetItem ID from SmartObject where name = test01)


Then you will receive an error "Key could not be found in the collection"


Hope this helps


If this issue still persists, please could you possible log a ticket with Product Support to investigate this behavouir.
