Symptoms

Suppose you need to transfer data between different RTF controls placed on different forms and have a requirement to have the content of RTF control to be displayed consistently across all forms in terms of lines wrapping. You may see differences in terms of lines wrapping because of properties configured for RTF controls.
 

Diagnoses

When you use data transfer rules to transfer data from RTF control on one form to RTF control on another form and want consistency in terms of word wrap and lines hyphenation across all forms (e.g. you transfer data to build PDF preview form before performing PDF conversion). In order to achieve this fixed form and/or RTF control width in pixels has to be configured across multiple forms otherwise, when width specified in percentages RTF control width may vary depending on screen resolution and form layout which may result in changes in word wrap/lines hyphenation for text inside of RTF control.
 

Resolution

To maintain consistency in terms of word wrap and lines hyphenation across multiple RTF controls/different forms fixed form and/or RTF control width in pixels should be used instead of width value specified in percentages.
