In our application we are trying to fetch the audit trail by executing the Process Data Audit smart object using K2 APIs.

We have a connection string defined in web.config for K2SmartObjectServer.

problem that we are facing is with Server name defined in key.

If I give K2 server name as Farm DNS, connection to the Smart Object server is failing. But I give K2 server as server name, I am able to get the audit trail successfully.

We are using domain account instead of Service account to connect to Smart Object server.

I can login to K2 server with Domain account and execute the process data audit smart object.

Please help. Thanks.
