I am not sure, I have got an customized dll that was referenced to K2ROM version 3.13603.1.0.
It may be K2.net 2.4 (not k2.net 2003).
Please provide a link to download K2.net 2003 RTM (3.3215.1.0)

I'm sorry, I'm not sure which version you're referring to here...
The only released versions were:

K2.net 2003 RTM (3.3215.1.0)
K2.net 2003 HF1 (3.3282.1.0)
K2.net 2003 HF2 (3.4005.1.0)
K2.net 2003 SP1 (3.4138.1.0)
K2.net 2003 SP1a (3.4250.1.0)
K2.net 2003 SP2 (3.5068.1.0)
K2.net 2003 SP2a (3.5140.1.0)
K2.net 2003 SP3 (3.6090.1.0)

Versions other than these listed, were Beta releases and would probably not be available any more.

As far as I know, K2.net 2.4 did not have version numbers like these (3.xxxx.1.0).

I do not know of any place where K2.net 2003 RTM is still available for download.

Having said this, you should be fine using the latest (K2.net 2003 SP3) version of the K2ROM since it should be backwards compatible.

FYI - If you copy / drag and drop / or use the .Net Configuration ot add the K2ROM.dll into your assembly cache the name of the .dll changes from 3.4250.1.0 to 3.13603.1.0. I don't know why this happens and I don't know a lot about the GAC but does that have something to do with a strongname for the .dll file ?
