I was wondering in the K2 workspace, can you give certain people permissions to specific folders in the report designer? I know you can give people permission to the report designer itself.
For example, I have a folder called 'x' containing reporting pertaining to x's company figures. Can I give people from that company 'x' permission to only see the reports in the 'x' folder and nowhere else?

I have been doing some testing to see if there is a way. (If this is based on process data)
What this would depend on is what kind process rights each user has.
For instance if user A has start rights only then they will be only able to start the prcoess and not be able to view any of the report data.
If user B has view rights or Admin rights then will be able to see the data that has been specified here.
To modify process rights you need to do the follwoing:
K2 management >>> workflow server >>> Processes >>> project name >>> process rights.
Here is where you will be modify the rights.
