Symptoms
K2 Workspace for Test Environment Cannot be Accessed. None of our admins can access the Blackpearl Workspace instance for our Test environment. A 404 not found error was showing when loading workspace.
Diagnoses
There were two site running in the server on IIS. After we turned off the Default Web Site and tried again to access Workspace we didn't get the error but we didn' get anything else. This was saying that the call to the Workspace URL was being redirect to the Default Web Site and not to the K2 Workspace site.
Resolution
Editing the Bindings and selecting All Addresses instead of the Static IP solved the issue.
