Hey team.
So I am wondering if you can Open K2 Workspace, see your list of work items, and be able to double click them without going to the drop down arrow and clicking Open?
I've had some colleagues say they are able to double click and others say they can.

Yes, you can open your worklist items on Workspace by double-clicking on any of the columns except the Folio column. Note that a feature request has already been logged to allow users to open the worklist item by double-clicking on the Folio column as well.
