Symptoms

The "K2 Workspace App" from the "Windows App Store" runs just fine on Windows 8.1, but it crashes when using the app on Windows 10.
 

Diagnoses

After some investigations, we found that one of the assemblies was a little dated. After updating the assembly with a more recent version, we re-compiled the app, and requested that the app get updated in the app store.
 

Resolution

After the app was updated in the app store (New version number: 1.2.6), we tested it on a Windows 10 laptop, and it was working as expected.
