K2 workspace and sharepoint access issue
Diagnoses
When you notice there are several rows missing such as name, surname date of births, then information about their record (the ID and stage). It seems that information is not being retrieved from Sharepoint.
Resolution
Within the workflow use a smart object event using a smart object that was created from the Sharepoint Library. This can be created upon sharepoint itself or via the tester tool. Within K2 studio you should be able to create a data field that will store info from the Sharepoint list. Once the workflow is running it should then hold the information from sharepoint list.
