Hi

I am working on K2 blackpearl 4.6.7 integration with Sharepoint 2013 Online. I have successfully installed K2 for shapoint app on sharepoint online with full control(Created app catalog then created app by uploading app and images on sharepoint). The steps has been run successfully and I am able to follow all the steps mentioned on the link - help.k2.com/KB001443

When I added K2 worklist app part on a sharepoint page and open the page then the worklist is not getting loaded for the logged in user. Instead I am getting an exclamation mark on REFRESH icon on the top of worklist. When I mouse over that icon then there is a message "Unable to connect to server".

I have reviewed the K2 server log but found nothing there. When I reviewed the windows error log then I found the below error there:

Any help will be appreciated.

What kind of IE version are you running by chance?

I am using IE 11. By the way I have also tested it in Chrome Version 35.0.1916.114 m and mozilla version 29.0.1

Are you running IE in compatability mode?

@jimmyI guess it is resolved by now, though there is no solution shared.

From my side apart from simple try to re-add web part idea (just in case) I saw case when similar issue was caused by some process instances with corrupted status (i.e. those were shown in Workspace but without value in status column) it could have been caused by some service distruption in K2 environment where instances were "active" or by modifying instances using Live Instance Management API. Once corrupted instances were deleted the error "Unable to connect to server" has gone.
